Site limits by plan
Active Sites are limited by plan. Archived Sites do not count.

What counts
- Only active Sites count
- Archived Sites do not count
- The default Main Office Site counts as one active Site
Nova
Your organization starts with Main Office. That is your one included Site.
You cannot create a second active Site on Nova. Upgrade to Orbit or above to add more.
Orbit
You start with Main Office as Site #1. You may create two more active Sites (up to 3 total).
A fourth active Site is blocked until you archive an existing Site or upgrade.
Unlimited plans
Odyssey, Cosmos, Business, Nonprofit, and other unlimited plans have no active Site count limit.
When the limit is reached
On the Sites page you will see usage such as 1 of 1 active Site used or 3 of 3 active Sites used. Add Site is replaced with an upgrade path to Settings → Billing.
Creation is also blocked on the server — a direct request cannot bypass the limit.
After you upgrade
If you move from Nova to Orbit, you can create Sites #2 and #3 immediately according to your new plan. No separate Site entitlement needs to be enabled.
After a downgrade
Existing Sites are not deleted or archived when you move to a lower plan.
If you already have more active Sites than the new plan allows, they remain. You simply cannot create additional Sites until you are back within the limit or upgrade again.
Sites are not Location limits
Site limits do not restrict how many Locations you can create under a Site. Locations remain a separate structure.
