Why is UniAsset free for NGOs?
We believe non-profit organizations deserve access to the same professional asset management tools as commercial enterprises. Our free program is part of our commitment to supporting mission-driven work. Eligible organizations receive full access to core features at no cost.
Who qualifies for the free non-profit plan?
Registered non-profit organizations, NGOs, charities, educational institutions, religious organizations, sports clubs, community organizations, and humanitarian foundations qualify. You will need to provide proof of non-profit status during registration.
Can we import our existing Excel spreadsheet?
Yes. UniAsset supports CSV import so you can migrate your existing asset register in minutes. Our import wizard guides you through mapping your columns to the correct fields. Most organizations are fully operational within a day.
Can volunteers use the system?
Absolutely. UniAsset includes five permission levels—from Owner to Viewer. You can give volunteers limited access to log asset usage or maintenance without access to financial data or organization settings. There is no per-user cost.
Can multiple branches or offices collaborate?
Yes. Multi-location support is built in. You can create separate locations for each branch, field office, or program. Assets are assigned to specific locations and staff can filter views by their branch. Headquarters retains full visibility across all locations.
