What does the Cosmos enterprise plan include?
Cosmos is UniAsset's enterprise plan. It is sales-led rather than self-serve.
What Cosmos adds
| Capability | What it does |
|---|---|
| Custom roles | Tenant-defined permission sets with an asset scope |
| Priority support | Faster response, direct line |
| Microsoft Entra directory sync | Automatic provisioning, group-to-role mapping, and deprovisioning |
| Unlimited users and storage | No seat or quota ceiling |
Important Custom roles can be defined and stored, but are not yet enforced. Permission checks still read the system role. Treat them as configurable but not active, and assign a system role to control what someone can actually do.
What already exists on Odyssey
Most of what people expect from an "enterprise" tier is on Odyssey, not Cosmos:
- Executive Dashboard
- SLA engine with criticality multipliers and escalation
- Multi-site analytics
- REST API and webhooks
- IoT signal ingestion
- RFID and NFC tag identities
- Disposal accounting
- Unlimited users
And on Orbit
- Maintenance, PM rules, work orders, checklists, incidents
- Custom fields and custom statuses
- Depreciation, net book value, Fixed Asset Register, TCO
- Asset Check-Out
And on every plan, including free
- Unlimited assets
- Append-only asset history
- Immutable incident snapshots
- Hierarchical categories and locations
- Google and Microsoft sign-in
- The installable app
How enterprise scale is reached
UniAsset is adopted, not implemented. There is no configuration project and no professional services engagement — an organization can be operational in days and grow into multi-site, multi-department operation without a migration.
The free plan and self-serve signup stay available at every size. There are no gated demos and no "contact us for pricing" as the primary path.
