UniAsset is accessible on mobile devices through our responsive web application. We do not currently have native iOS or Android apps available in the app stores.

Using UniAsset on Mobile
Responsive Web App
Access UniAsset from any mobile browser:
- Open your mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.)
- Navigate to your UniAsset URL
- Log in with your credentials
- Use the mobile-optimized interface
Supported Mobile Features
Our responsive design supports:
- Dashboard access: View key metrics and alerts
- Asset lookup: Search and view asset details
- Asset updates: Edit asset information
- Maintenance logging: Record maintenance activities
- QR code scanning: Use your device's camera (via browser)
- Notifications: Receive alerts (email-based)

Add to Home Screen
For app-like access, add UniAsset to your home screen:
iOS (Safari)
- Open UniAsset in Safari
- Tap the Share button
- Select "Add to Home Screen"
- Name the shortcut and tap "Add"
Android (Chrome)
- Open UniAsset in Chrome
- Tap the menu (three dots)
- Select "Add to Home screen"
- Confirm the addition
Mobile Limitations
Some features work best on desktop:
- Complex report generation
- Bulk import/export operations
- Advanced filtering with many criteria
- Large data table views
Native App Plans
Native mobile apps are not currently planned. Our responsive web app provides mobile access without requiring app store downloads or updates.
Benefits of our web-based approach:
- No app installation required
- Always up-to-date (no app updates)
- Works on any device with a browser
- Same features across all platforms
- No storage space required on device
Offline Access
UniAsset requires an internet connection. Offline functionality is not currently available.
Tips for Mobile Use
- Bookmark the login page for quick access
- Use landscape mode for data tables
- Enable browser notifications for alerts
- Clear cache if you experience issues
