Is there a UniAsset mobile app?
Yes — and you install it from your browser, not an app store.
UniAsset is installable on Android, iOS, and desktop directly from the browser. Once installed it launches standalone from the home screen and behaves like a native application.
Why it works this way
This is the mobile strategy, not a stopgap: one codebase, no separate binary to distribute, and field teams can adopt it immediately with no app-store approval or rollout in the way.

What works on mobile
Everything. It is the same product, so asset lookup, scanning, check-out and check-in, work orders, service records, photos, and reports all work.
Scanning is the mobile feature that matters most. Every asset carries a QR code generated at creation, and scanning resolves straight to the asset — far faster than typing a serial number while standing next to a machine.
What it does not do
There is no offline mode. The installed app needs a connection, exactly like the browser. In areas with poor connectivity it will feel slow, and work will not queue up for later.
There are no push notifications to your lock screen. Alerts reach you in the in-app notification centre and by email according to your preferences.

Is it free? Yes, on every plan including Nova.
Do I need to install it? No — UniAsset works in a mobile browser. Installing gives you a home-screen icon and a standalone window.
Will it update itself? Yes. There is nothing to update manually.
Can I use the camera? You can attach photos to assets and work orders using your device in the usual way.
