Our founder created Fraxinus ERP, which today runs the financial workflows, inventory, and operations of more than 3,000 businesses. Before that software became a product, it was hard-won experience.
UniAsset itself was forged from a specific challenge: our team was contracted to build a complete asset management system for an enterprise with a 2,000-person workforce. Not a demo. Not a pilot. A system that had to work, every day, at scale, with no margin for instability.
That build became the blueprint. UniAsset is what we wished had existed when we started it.

Every record is scoped to your organization at the database query level. No configuration can cause one organization's data to surface in another. The boundary is structural, not optional.
An append-only audit trail
Every meaningful change to an asset writes a permanent, timestamped event recording who did what. Events can't be edited or deleted — the full history of any asset is always reconstructable.
Nothing is destroyed by accident
Assets, documents, and records are archived, not deleted — preserving history and allowing recovery. Permanent removal only happens through a deliberate, owner-initiated process.
