How do I export my data?
Everything exports, on every plan.
Assets
- Go to Dashboard → Assets (Individual).
- Filter first — you export what you can see.
- Export.
Your custom fields are included.
The same applies to Asset Stock, Consumables, and Documents — each module exports its own list.
Reports
Dashboard → Reports, then export to CSV, Excel, or PDF.

The Fixed Asset Register
(Orbit and above)
A point-in-time statement of gross cost, accumulated depreciation, and net book value per asset — and it can include disposed assets. The right thing to keep at year end.
Who can export
Owner, Admin, and Manager. Viewing reports needs Manager or above.
Common questions
Is there a limit on export size? Filter to what you need — large exports take longer to produce.
Can I schedule exports? No. Reports are generated on demand and there is no scheduled delivery.
Can I export through the API? The current API is write-oriented — creating assets, updating assignments, recording maintenance, geo-position, and IoT. Read endpoints are not part of it.
Is an export a backup? No. It is a point-in-time extract, not something you can re-upload to restore an organization. See Backups and reliability.
Why are archived assets missing? Archiving removes assets from active lists and reporting. Include archived assets in your view if you need them.
