Which browsers does UniAsset support?
UniAsset runs in any current mainstream browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on desktop and mobile.
Keep your browser updated. Most browser-related problems are on versions several releases behind.

Common browser problems
The page will not load, or looks broken
- Hard refresh.
- Try a private window. If it works there, it is an extension or cached state in your normal profile.
- Clear the cache for the site.
- Try another browser to confirm whether it is browser-specific.
I keep getting signed out
Check that cookies are enabled and not being cleared on close. Privacy extensions and strict tracking-prevention settings sometimes remove session cookies.
Sign-in with Google or Microsoft does nothing
The provider opens in a popup. Allow popups for UniAsset.
A section says "unable to load"
Some parts of a page load on demand. If one fails, that section offers an inline retry while the rest of the page keeps working. Use the retry.
Uploads fail
First check you are not at your storage limit — that is a more common cause than the browser.
Install it as an app
UniAsset is installable on Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac straight from the browser, with no app store. Once installed it launches standalone from the home screen and behaves like a native application.
This is the mobile strategy — one product, no separate download.
See How to install UniAsset on your phone or desktop.
Important There is no offline mode. The installed app needs a connection, just like the browser.
