Overview

UniAsset is a modern web application designed to work with all current browsers. This guide covers supported browsers, known issues, and how to optimize your experience.

Supported Browsers

UniAsset works best with the latest versions of:

Note: Always use the latest browser version for the best experience and security.

Not Supported

The following browsers are not supported:

  • Internet Explorer (any version)
  • Older browser versions (more than 2 years old)
  • Text-only browsers

Common Browser Issues

Pages Not Loading Properly

Symptoms:

  • Blank pages
  • Partially loaded content
  • Missing buttons or features

Solutions:

  1. Clear browser cache

    • Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data
    • Firefox: Settings → Privacy → Clear Data
    • Edge: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data
  2. Disable browser extensions

    • Ad blockers can interfere with functionality
    • Try incognito/private mode to test
  3. Enable JavaScript

    • UniAsset requires JavaScript to function
    • Check browser settings to ensure it's enabled

Display Issues

Symptoms:

  • Text overlapping
  • Buttons out of place
  • Responsive layout not working

Solutions:

  1. Reset zoom level to 100% (Ctrl/Cmd + 0)
  2. Clear browser cache
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check minimum screen resolution (1024×768)

Session Problems

Symptoms:

  • Logged out unexpectedly
  • "Session expired" messages
  • Can't stay logged in

Solutions:

  1. Enable cookies for uniasset.app
  2. Disable cookie-blocking extensions
  3. Check privacy settings aren't blocking session cookies
  4. Ensure clock is set correctly on your device

Browser-Specific Tips

Google Chrome

For best performance:

  1. Keep Chrome updated
  2. Clear cache periodically
  3. Disable heavy extensions when using UniAsset

Mozilla Firefox

If experiencing issues:

  1. Check Enhanced Tracking Protection isn't blocking UniAsset
  2. Try disabling strict tracking mode temporarily
  3. Clear site data for uniasset.app

Safari

For Mac users:

  1. Ensure "Prevent cross-site tracking" doesn't block essential cookies
  2. Clear website data if experiencing login issues
  3. Ensure JavaScript is enabled in Preferences → Security

  3. Limit browser tabs - Too many tabs can slow performance

  5. Check internet connection - Slow internet affects all web apps
