Overview

This guide helps you troubleshoot common login problems in UniAsset. Most sign-in issues can be resolved quickly by following the steps below.

Common Login Errors

"Invalid email or password"

This message appears when:

  • The email address is not registered
  • The password is incorrect
  • There's a typo in your email address

Solution:

  1. Double-check your email address for typos
  2. Ensure you're using the correct password
  3. Try the password reset option if you've forgotten your password
  4. Verify you're using the email associated with your UniAsset account

"Invalid credentials"

This error occurs during validation when:

  • The email format is invalid
  • The password is too short (minimum 6 characters)

Solution:

  1. Enter a valid email format (e.g., name@company.com)
  2. Ensure your password is at least 6 characters long

"Something went wrong"

This is a general server error that may occur due to:

  • Temporary server issues
  • Database connectivity problems
  • Network interruptions

Solution:

  1. Wait a few moments and try again
  2. Refresh the page and retry
  3. Clear your browser cache
  4. Try a different browser
  5. Contact support if the issue persists

Account Registration Issues

"Email already exists"

This means an account with your email is already registered.

Solution:

  • Use the login page instead of registration
  • Reset your password if you can't remember it
  • Use a different email address for a new account

"Passwords don't match"

The password and confirmation password fields don't match.

Solution:

  • Carefully retype both password fields
  • Check for accidental spaces before or after the password

Browser-Related Issues

Login Page Not Loading

Solution:
