How to Request Nonprofit Pricing

How to request nonprofit pricing

Qualifying organizations can apply in-product for the Nonprofit plan. For the full picture of what the programme covers, see nonprofit asset management.

What the Nonprofit plan gives you

Orbit-equivalent capabilities, with:

LimitNonprofit
AssetsUnlimited
Users20
Storage25,600 MB (25 GB)
Email notifications per month500

That includes maintenance and work orders, custom fields, custom statuses, depreciation and cost analytics, and asset check-out.

It does not include the Odyssey capabilities — no REST API, webhooks, IoT signals, SLA engine, executive dashboard, multi-site analytics, or disposal accounting.

The Nonprofit plan is admin-assigned only and is not shown on public pricing.

Requirements

  • Roles: Owner only
  • Your organization type must be set to NGO, non-profit, or religious

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Organization.
  2. Set Organization Type to NGO, non-profit, or religious, and save.
  3. The Nonprofit Access Request section appears.
  4. Write your justification — who you are, what you do, and your registration details.
  5. Submit.

What happens next

  1. Your request is recorded as pending.
  2. Platform staff review it.
  3. You are notified by email of the decision.
  4. If approved, your organization's plan is set to Nonprofit.

The status of your request is shown on the same page — pending, approved, or rejected.

Writing a justification that gets approved

Be specific. Include:

  • Your registered charity or nonprofit number, if you have one
  • What your organization does
  • What you will use UniAsset for

A one-line request without registration details takes longer to process because someone has to come back and ask.

Common mistakes

Submitting before setting the organization type. The request section only appears once the type is NGO, non-profit, or religious.

Paying for Orbit first and then applying. If you think you qualify, apply before subscribing.

Assuming approval is automatic. Every request is reviewed by a person.

Troubleshooting

I can't see the Nonprofit Access Request section. It is Owner-only, and only appears when the organization type is NGO, non-profit, or religious.

My request is still pending. Reviews are done by people, not automatically. The status stays visible on the Organization page.

My request was rejected. The decision notes explain why. If your circumstances change, or you have registration details you did not include, contact support.

I'm approved but a feature is still locked. The Nonprofit plan carries Orbit-equivalent capabilities. Odyssey features — API, webhooks, IoT, SLA, executive dashboard, disposal accounting — are not included.
