How to set your personal preferences
Preferences are yours alone. Nothing here affects anyone else in your organization.
Requirements
- Available on: All plans
- Roles: Every role can set their own preferences
Where to find them
Settings → Preferences.
Default landing page
Choose which page opens after you sign in.
If you spend your day in Work Orders, or you are a Viewer who only ever looks at Reports, landing there instead of the dashboard saves a click every time.
The options available to you depend on your role and your organization's plan — you cannot land on a page you cannot reach.
Email alerts
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Email alert mode | Immediate, daily digest, weekly only, or none |
| Weekly summary | Whether to receive the weekly operational summary |
Immediate and daily options need Orbit or above. On Nova the weekly digest is the available option.

Your profile is separate
Your name, mobile number, password, and login history live at Settings → Profile. See Profile settings.
Troubleshooting
My landing page choice isn't sticking. Make sure you saved. If the page you chose is one your role or plan cannot access, you will land on the dashboard instead.
I changed my email mode and nothing changed. Alerts are evaluated on a schedule, so the next email reflects the change rather than one already queued.
I can't find Preferences. It is available to every role at Settings → Preferences.
